After a busy and productive fall, the team at Advanced Physiotherapy is taking a much needed rest and closing our White Rock Clinic on December 25, 26 and January 1st. We are excited to be spending time with family and friends.
Appointments are still available prior to the Christmas break and we encourage you to book now.
Remember, injuries and ailments don’t take vacations. We understand December can be quite hectic, but it is important to follow your prescribed routine of exercises and stretches over the festive season. You might be surprised to learn that every January we witness an increase in clients requesting physiotherapy sessions because of injury “flare-ups” due to taking a "break" from their injury management routine.
