Hands Up for Seniors Week 2023

Seniors Week in White Rock and Surrey is a special time to celebrate and appreciate the contributions of older adults in our communities. It is also a fabulous opportunity to have fun, learn something new, and connect with others.

This year, Seniors Week runs from June 5 to June 11, and there are tons of activities and events planned for all to enjoy. Whether you're interested in arts and culture, health and wellness, sports and recreation, or socializing and entertainment, there's something for everyone.

Event highlights include:

• Lawn Bowling at the Surrey Lawn Bowling Club

• Walking soccer with Coastal FC

• Nature Walks along the historic Semiahmoo Trail

• Drop in live music at the South Surrey Recreation and Arts Centre

• Try it Tai Chi in Clayton

• Tea and Tour at the Museum of Surrey

• Guided Tours of the Glades Woodland Garden

• Dancing to the sounds of live music at the Kent Street Dance
